Why would anyone want to join you
- according to a communicology theory - people expect a reward from interacting with
other people
- they will also feel tense, since this wouldn't be the only interest group that
they belong to
- group will affect their opinions
- prior of joining they will have questions - study some non-agressive
persuasion practices
- give people what they want - don't change their cognitive map
- make them feel important :-)
- enable them to help others and be helped
- try to achieve synergy
